Today is the Super Bowl, and emotions are all over the place. The Kansas City Chiefs and The Philadelphia Eagles are going to fight for the chance to crown themselves as champions. While "The Chiefs" are vying for the great opportunity to turn their twice championship in a row, into a third consecutive championship; "The Eagles" are looking for a rematch from the 2020 Super Bowl, where both teams played against each other and the Philadelphia team lost to the current champion.
Nonetheless, the match is not the only spectacle the viewers tune in for. The NFL has systematically transformed the Super Bowl into one of the greatest yearly entertainment spectacles, and it isn't just because of football. Even if you don't like the sport, you have absolutely heard about how much of a big deal the "Halftime show" is.
Who is going to perform the national anthem at the Super Bowl?
This year's Super Bowl's musical events are the best of the musical sphere. Jon Batiste, the 2021 Grammy Award winner for Best Album, is in charge of one of the main musical events.

Jon Batiste is not a one time Grammy Award winner, last week he won the Grammy for Best Song Written for Visual Media; defeating big names such as: Olivia Rodrigo, Barbra Streisand, Luke Combs and Justin Timberlake.
Batiste's family is considered a New Orleans musical dynasty, which, considering he's performing the anthem in front of the NFL's Super Bowl in New Orleans, is very fitting.

Many people tune in solely to catch the vocal performances that happen throughout the evening, and today will not be the exception. This year's Super Bowl's Half time Show is in charge of Grammy and Pulitzer award winner, Kendrick Lamar; with a special guest, also Grammy Award winner, SZA.
However, the Halftime Show is not the only musical event at the Super Bowl. Singing the National Anthem is a very coveted position and a very big deal.
Is Kendrick Lamar singing "Not like us" at the Half Time Show?
When Kendrick Lamar was announced as the Half Time show performer, there was only one question in everyone's mind. "Is he going to sing his diss - track against Drake?"
While, Lamar's repertoire for today is still a mystery, many fans have been speculating that it is a very real possibility that "Not like us" is going to be part of it. Specially after, he won a total of five Grammys at this year's ceremony, including: Song of the Year, Record of the Year, Best Rap Song, Best Rap Performance, and Best music video.
